With Gmelius Reports, bid farewell to the tedious task of manually catching up on your workspaces' activity. We've conjured a solution that saves you time and effort while keeping you in the loop. Whether it's weekly or monthly, you choose the frequency, and we'll make sure the report/digest finds its way to you like an owl delivering news from the wizarding world. 🦉📜
Inside each report, you'll find a condensed summary of essential updates including data points about new shared conversations, first response time, performance KPI of your different teammates, load insights, etc.

To activate email reports, head to your analytics page and click on the button "Email Reports" at the top right of the page. Reports are available to any person whose role is "administrator" under a Flex, Growth or Pro plan or anyone who has access to Analytics via custom roles (Pro and Enterprise customers).
