🔹 Slack Actions in Automation Rules
Our automation rules now support Slack actions. For instance, you can effortlessly notify a teammate in Slack – either through a channel or a direct message – whenever there's a new conversation assigned in Gmelius or a change in status. This feature bridges the gap between Gmelius and Slack, ensuring that your team stays informed and responsive.
🔹 'Recent Conversations' for Growth and Pro Customers
Our Growth and Pro customers are in for a treat! We've added a 'Recent Conversations' tab in the right sidebar, designed to enhance your customer interaction experience. This new tab displays recent conversations with your contacts or companies, making it easier to track communication history and pick up where you left off. This feature is all about saving time and improving your workflow efficiency.
